Preferred Conveyancing provides Real Estate Lawyers all across Ontario with an economical and professional alternative to staffing in house clerks. I specialize in the processing and closing of residential real estate transactions. My services are all virtual, meaning that I do not require any office space or computer. The work on each file is performed from my remote office. 

 I proudly provide a full open-to-close service that includes the professional processing of real estate transactions on a per-file basis. This includes the correspondence with your clients and the lawyers office on the other end of the deal. Files can be processed using Do Process’ “The Conveyancer” software and registered using Teranet’s Teraview product from our remote office.

All files ares handled in a safe, secure manner. I’m able to meet tight deadlines while ensuring your clients receive top level professional service and proper communication during the process. I also take great pride in doing things “green“. All of the transactions are handled and transmitted electronically unless hard copies are requested.
